From the administration panel we want people to be able to log their quarterly objectives (and eventually key results) and assign team to them. Once this is done, people will be able to link their activities to a specific Objective / Key result. This will allow to quickly see, across the company how any OKR is evolving and who's involved.

On a weekly basis, we plan to ask people involved in an OKR what's their confidence level and how far they are to complete it. We also, quickly want to implement suggestions to users based on the information collected (think about an OKR with low activity, or an OKR with a low confidence rate, etc.).

This feature will come with upper plans.
